Shipping Policy

I aim to ship all orders within 3 days of purchase. All orders will be sent via Royal Mail second class and so should arrive within 3-5 days of shipping. You should receive a confirmation of shipping email and if your order has not arrived within 3-5 days of this, please do get in touch.

Please allow extra time around busy times of the year such as Christmas and holidays.

Return & Exchange Policy

I hope you and your little ones love my Hooks into Books products, but if something isn’t right please do contact me.

  • You have 14 days to contact me to arrange a return or refund

  • If the product was faulty or not what you expected please do contact me within 14 days to discuss this

  • If you decide to return any products you will be responsible for the shipping costs

  • Please do get in touch if you have any queries at all.
